wholemeal flour 全麥麵粉 130g
baking powder 3 teaspoons
spinach 菠菜 100g
low fat milk100g
sweet corn 150g
salt 1 teaspoon
little cheese powder
steps:
1. 打起牛油, 同黃砂糖,
2. 續d 加入蛋拌勻,
3. 麵粉, 泡打粉過篩, 再同全麥粉一起 加入拌勻,
4. 菠菜同奶打成汁 , 拌入麵糊中,
5. 加100g 栗米粒拌入,
6. 放入紙杯中, 再將剩餘粟米粒 撒 面, 再撒 上芝士粉,
7. 200 度, 焗 15 mins ——-> 就食得 la……..
