砵仔糕 (from agnes914)
A)粘米粉 100 g
B)糯米粉 1/2 tablespoon
C)黃糖 100 g (u can adjust according to your preference)
D)水 280 g
E) cooked 紅豆 A few
1) mix (A) & (B)
2) Add 80 g of (D) to (1) [[remember to add the water little bit each time, dun add all 80 g in one time, otherwise the flour would be hard to mix.]]
3) put (C) & 200 g of (D) into the bowl to BOIL it.
4) after (3) is well heated, put it into (2). [[Again, add the sugar water little bit each time, dun put all in one time.]]
5) after well mixed, put the mixture into the container to steam. Then add the cooked 紅豆 into it.
6) Steam for 30 mins.
